This adapter allows complete Plug-and-Play operation and is compatible with 2019+ Silverado & GMC 1500 trucks that came with LED headlights from the factory.

***Note: The Turn Signal output provides power for BOTH sides. Only one adapter is needed to get park, ground, left turn, & right turn.
